My Training Method
I first learned of the positive effects of the remote training collar about 5 years ago
and was fascinated by how fast the dogs' behavior improved. The training went
smoother and the dogs were more reliable, faster. Training with motivational and
traditional methods work but I wanted to give more, reliable, quicker results. I wanted
my clients to have the only training they would ever need.
Remote Ecollar training is NOT about punishing the dog. It is about communication.
It is about freedom with control. But like any other training tool it is just that. A tool.
In my training programs I teach you how to use this tool to have a happy trained dog,
or I teach the dog and then teach you how to continue with your training. Either
program works for any dog. Small dogs, large stubborn breeds, young dogs, older
dogs, shy dogs, even dog aggressive dogs. It doesn't matter. There are NO heavy
corrections. There are NO leash jerks. There are NO raised voices. It is non
confrontational and you don't need a pocket full of treats.
With one on one training you get individual attention to your needs and training and
confidence before working in public or with heavy distractions. You don't have to
worry about missing a class or falling behind. The training goes at your and your
dog's pace and is tailored to your situation.
The board & Train program gives you a head start in your dog's training. After 2
weeks your dog leaves the program far ahead of where you would be with private
lessons.
